Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

about the tender won within the framework of the Gigabit Magyarország Program

The 4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG") hereby informs capital market participants that the 4iG's indirect subsidiary, 2Connect Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Ltd. (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01-09-430652) has successfully applied for the second phase of the Digitális Magyarország Operatív Program Plusz (DIMOP Plusz) 3.1.2-25 – Gigabit Magyarország Program tender: the company has been awareded the right to receive a non-repayable European Union grant amounting to HUF 11.591.524.141 in 16 district. The subsidy may be drawn down over a period of three years following the conclusion of the grant agreements, in parallel with the implementation of the developments.

The aim of the call for proposals is to enable residential, corporate and institutional broadband network endpoints to become gigabit-capable, to ensure the continuous improvement of broadband service quality, and to develop the infrastructure required to increase wireless network coverage. The results of the first phase of the call were announced by the Energiaügyi Minisztérium Európai Uniós Fejlesztések Végrehajtásáért Felelős Helyettes Államtitkársága (Deputy State Secretariat for the Implementation of European Union Developments of the Ministry of Energy) on December 16, 2025, and the announcement is available on page:
