Director Retirement at Greencore Group plc ("the Company")

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Mr. David Simons has retired as Non-Executive Director following the conclusion of the 2014 Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 28 January 2014.

Mr. Simons joined the Board in July 2004 and has been a source of wise counsel for both the Board and the senior management team over the period. His highly relevant experience has been exceptionally beneficial to the group. The Board would like to thank Mr. Simons for his valued input, vision and business expertise and wish him all the best for the future.
