Appointment of independent non-executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Victoria Stewart as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 May 2019.

Victoria has spent twenty two years as a Fund Manager, joining Chiswell Investment Management in 1994 before moving to Royal London Asset Management in 1998. She was the sole manager of the Royal London UK Smaller Companies Fund from its inception in 2007, leaving in 2016 and taking up a non-executive director role with Secure Trust Bank plc where she is now also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

There are no other details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
