Norish announces that it was informed on the 6 January 2014 of the purchase of 20,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Mr. Thomas Cunningham, at a price of 40 pence per share and 7,300 shares at 38p.

Following this purchase of shares, Mr. Thomas Cunningham is the beneficial owner of 1,014,562 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.09% of the Company's current issued share capital.
