Total Voting Rights

Petra Diamonds Limited today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Petra's issued share capital as at 31 December 2013 consisted of 512,110,048 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Petra is 512,110,048.

The above figure of 512,110,048 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in (or a change to their interest in) Petra under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
