Result of AGM & Issue of Equity

Zambeef (AIM:ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today in Lusaka, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Further to the passing of the resolutions, the Company confirms that the nominal share value of the ordinary shares will change to ZMW 0.01, effective from 23 December 2013.
