Mr Colin Maltby a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 2,000 shares at GBP 10.10p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Colin Maltby total beneficial holding in the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.014 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
