STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - 28 May 2019. Karolinska Development AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: KDEV) announces today that the Board of Directors has decided to change the date for the Annual General Meeting to June 28, 2019.

Karolinska Development has changed the date for the Annual General Meeting from June 26 to June 28, 2019. Notice to the Annual General Meeting will be published in a separate press release.
