Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), MyCelx advises that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue which are admitted to trading on AIM being common shares of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares") and that there are 13,257,734 Common Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Common Share. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury.
