Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

GLI Finance, a provider of loans to US and UK based SMEs, is pleased to confirm that at its Extraordinary General Meeting which took place today at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, all resolutions were duly passed.

In accordance with the terms of the circular to shareholders dated 13 November 2013, application has been made to the CISX for the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: GB00B0CL3P62) from the Official List of the CISX. The de-listing will take effect from 07:00 a.m. on 9 December 2013.
