Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 1,293,583 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, have been issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the UK and Irish Share Save Schemes. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 2 December 2013.
