Orosur Mining Inc. (“Orosur” or the "Company") (TSX: OMI) (LSE: OMI) announces that all resolutions were passed at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today at the hour of 11:00 a.m. (Canadian Eastern time) at the Mezzanine floor of the Sheraton Center Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen StreetWest, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2M9 Canada.

Orosur confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts 2013 were posted to shareholders in advance and the Report and Accounts are also available for download from the Company’s website at www.orosur.ca.
