2013 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 (the "2013 Annual Report") has been published and will today be posted to shareholders.  The 2013 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website: www.petradiamonds.com.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 10:00am GMT on 28 November 2013 in the Pine Room of the Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St Brelade, JE3 8HE, Jersey.
