Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

GLI Finance, a provider of loans to US and UK based SMEs, is pleased to confirm that at its Extraordinary General Meeting which took place today at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, all resolutions were duly passed.

In accordance with the terms of the circular in relation to the conditional placing (as announced by the Company on 30 September 2013), application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the placing shares to trading on AIM and to the CISX for admission of the placing shares to the Official List of the CISX. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 25 October 2013.
