Board Change

Eleco plc ("Eleco" or "the Company") announces that Matthew Turner has today resigned as part-time Finance Director of Eleco. The consultancy agreement between Eleco and Shore Mountain LLP, of which Matthew Turner is a partner, was also terminated with effect from today. The Company is currently seeking to appoint a full time finance director to the Board and a further announcement will be made in due course.

John Ketteley, Executive Chairman of Eleco, commented,

"The Board of Eleco very much appreciates the significant contribution made by Matthew Turner to the Eleco Group since he joined the Board in January 2011, and we look forward to working with him and Shore Mountain LLP again when the opportunity arises".
