Grant of options

IGas announces that on 30 September 2013, it granted options over 285,703 shares in the capital of the Company to Stephen Bowler, Chief Financial Officer of IGas.

The options have been granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and will vest at the end of a three year period subject to performance conditions.

Mr Bowler's total outstanding number of options under the LTIP are 681,743.
