Approval of bond prospectus

IGas announces that the FCA has today approved a bond prospectus, in relation to its existing bonds, such that it is expected that a bond listing will become effective on the main market of the Oslo Stock Exchange on 2 October 2013. The bonds are currently listed on the Nordic Alternative Bond Market.
