Director's shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 27 September 2013 John Ketteley, Executive Chairman, sold 940,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each from his SIPP at a price of 19.5 pence per ordinary share and subsequently purchased 940,000 shares at a price of 19.504 pence per ordinary share into his ISA.

Following these transactions, Mr Ketteley remains interested in 8,423,255 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, representing approximately 13.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
