25 Aralık 2024 tarihli açıklamamızda başlangıcını duyurmuş olduğumuz Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti menşeli, 5501.30.00.00.00 Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu (GTİP) altında sınıflandırılan "akrilik veya modakrilik olanlar" tanımlı "akrilik elyaf" ürününe yönelik yürütülen damping soruşturması tamamlanmıştır.

Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanan ve bugünkü Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan "İthalatta Haksız Rekabetin Önlenmesine İlişkin Tebliğ" uyarınca; söz konusu ürünün ithalatında 5 yıl süreyle uygulanacak damping önlem vergileri yürürlüğe girmiştir.

Bu kapsamda, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nde yerleşik Jilin Jimont Acrylic Fiber Co., Ltd. Ve Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Firmaları için %6,72; bu firmalar haricindeki diğer Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'ndeki yerleşik üreticiler için %14,24 vergi uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir.

In our announcement dated 25 December 2024, we announced the commencement of the safeguard measure concerning imports of "acrylic or modacrylic fibres" originating in the People's Republic of China, classified under Customs Tariff Statistical Position (GTIP) 5501. 30.00.00.00 Customs Tariff Statistical Position (GTIP) under the heading "acrylic or modacrylic" classified as "acrylic fibre".

Pursuant to the "Communication on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports" prepared by the Ministry of Trade and published in today's Official Gazette, anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of the aforementioned product for a period of five years have entered into force.

In this context, it has been decided that a duty of 6.72% will be applied to Jilin Jimont Acrylic Fiber Co., Ltd. and Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., both based in the People's Republic of China, and a duty of 14.24% will be applied to other producers based in the People's Republic of China, excluding these companies.
