Correction to Announcement: Transaction in Own Shares

This is a correction to the announcement released on 15 December 2025 (RNS 5143L) at 09:48 am. The original announcement inadvertently omitted details of four separate share buybacks which had occurred earlier. Due to an administrative oversight within the reporting process, the Company only became aware of these specific completed transactions recently.

The changes to the initial announcement are noted below:

·    The four omitted share buyback transactions are now stated; and

·    The total voting rights following the share buyback transaction on 15 December 2025 (excluding treasury shares) has been updated to 19,221,077.

The full, corrected announcement is set out below. All other information contained within the original announcement remains unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares

The  Company announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meetings held in 2024 and 2025, it has purchased a total of 39,443 of its ordinary shares of par value, $1 USD each on various dates through the London Stock Exchange via Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.

The four transactions that were not notified to the Company in a timely manner occurred as follows:

These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 320,289 ordinary shares in treasury, and the total number of ordinary shares in issue following the share buyback announced on 15 December 2025 (excluding treasury shares) is 19,221,077.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,221,077. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
