The Company announces that on 2 September 2013 it purchased 40,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 26.75 pence per share. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.
The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,137,620 of its shares in Treasury and has 494,913,375 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
