Eiffage continues the rotation of its PPP portfolio with the disposal of Eiffigen to a subsidiary of la Compagnie Financière du Lion

Eiffage has finalised with a subsidiary of la Compagnie Financière du Lion (CFL), co-owned with an industrial partner, the disposal of 100% of Eiffigen, the company dedicated to the public-private partnerships (in the form of an AOT-LOA contract) relating to the headquarter of the Gendarmerie Nationale.

The acquisition of Eiffigen by a CFL group company constitutes an important step of its investment strategy in the infrastructure asset class in France and in Europe.

This transaction values Eiffigen at 125 million euros.

Created by Eiffage in 2008, Eiffigen holds the AOT-LOA contract to design, build, finance and maintain the headquarter of the Gendarmerie Nationale in Issy-les-Moulineaux until 2043.

Eiffage will keep on providing the operation and facility management until the end of the contract, thereby demonstrating its long standing commitment as partner of the Gendarmerie Nationale.

This agreement is part of Eiffage strategy to actively managed its PPP portfolio. The execution of this strategy has lead Eiffage to realise more than 1.2 billion euros of disposal since 2011, reducing the group's debt by the same amount.
