Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM:FBT), the AIM-quoted owner and developer of the FORscene cloud-based video platform, announces that, in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 131,814,778 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.8p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,814,778. The figure of 131,814,778 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Forbidden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
