Notice of AGM and Posting of Financial Report for the 12 months to 31 March 2013

IGas Energy plc is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 8 August 2013 at 10:30am.

IGas also announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 20, the Financial Report for the results for the 12 month period ended 31 March 2013, was posted to shareholders on Monday 15 July.
