Ahead of its Annual General Meeting later today, Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), the major UK independent hospital group, provides the following update for the period 1 January 2019 to 30 April 2019.

We are pleased with our performance in the first four months of 2019, which places Spire on track to meet market expectations for the full year.

We expect to announce our results for the six months ending 30 June on 16 September 2019.
