GENFIT ANNOUNCES ITS FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2017

Lille (France), Cambridge (Massachusetts, United States), January 9, 2017 – GENFIT (Euronext: GNFT - ISIN: FR0004163111), a biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of developing therapeutic and diagnostic solutions in metabolic and inflammatory diseases, that notably affect the liver or the gastrointestinal system, today announces its provisional financial calendar for 2017, which is set as follows:

February 8, 2017:	Publication of 2016 financial statements, with management comments.
	The 2017 Registration Document and Annual Financial Report (included in the Registration Document) will be released in April 2017
April 27, 2017:	Publication of revenue and cash position at March 31, 2017
June 16, 2017:	Annual Shareholders Meeting
September 25, 2017:	Publication of the Half Year 2017 financial statements, with management comments
October 16, 2017:	Publication of revenue and cash position at September 30, 2017
