AIM Disclosure  

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, has been informed of the following disclosure required under paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Terry Stannard acted as a director to Tobar Group Holdings Limited ("Tobar") during the 3 month period October to December 2011. Administrators were appointed to Tobar 30 December 2011, at which point Mr Stannard ceased to have any involvement with Tobar.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
