Share Dealing

On 6 June 2013 the Company was notified that Darryl Monasebian, a senior investment professional of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., a vehicle in which GLIF owns 100% of the income notes that are entitled to the residual economics of the vehicle, disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares for 50.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Monasebian no longer holds any shares in the Company.
