Share Dealing

On 3 June 2013 the Company was notified that Darryl Monasebian, a senior investment professional of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., a vehicle in which GLIF owns 100% of the income notes that are entitled to the residual economics of the vehicle, disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares for 51.4 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Monasebian's holding is now 150,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
