Directors' Shareholdings

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, announces that on 6 June 2013  Alan Dix, Executive Director,  transferred 70,415 ordinary shares of 1p each to his wife.  Following this transfer, Alan Dix's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 704,589 ordinary shares representing 1.19% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 6 June 2013 David Smallridge, Executive Director, transferred 129,556 ordinary shares of 1p each to his civil partner.  Following this transfer, David Smallridge's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 993,972 ordinary shares representing 1.68% of the total voting rights in the Company.
