TClarke plc (the "Company")

Notification of Change of Company Name

TClarke plc, the Building Services Group, announces that further to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 10th May 2019, the change of the Company name from T Clarke public limited company to TClarke plc was registered at Companies House today and is now effective.

As advised in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, this was merely an administrative change to synchronise the style of Company name in common use with the legal name registered with the Registrar of Companies. Therefore, the change will not affect shareholders' rights in any way. No new share certificates will be issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates, which will remain valid.
