Share Dealings

On 24 May 2013 the Company was notified that Jonathan Cohen, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., a vehicle in which GLIF owns 100% of the income notes that are entitled to the residual economics of the vehicle, disposed of 254,000 ordinary shares for nil consideration as a donation to charitable causes.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Cohen no longer holds any shares in the Company.
