Annual Report and Accounts 2018 and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

Following release by the Company on 14 March 2019 of the Company's Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, the Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the documents listed below:

·      The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018

·      Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting

·      Form of Proxy for the 2019 Annual General Meeting

The Company will be holding its 2019 Annual General Meeting at 11:00am on Thursday, 13 June 2019 at the Andaz London Liverpool Street, 40 Liverpool Street, London  EC2M 7QN.

Copies of the documents mentioned above have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 31 December 2018 and Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.justgroupplc.co.uk/investors.
