The Company has today published the Annual Report 2012 on the Company's website at

www.steppecement.com.   The audited Financial Statements included within the Annual Report 2012 are consistent with the unaudited Financial Statements announced on 24 April 2013.

The Annual Report 2012 will be despatched on Friday, 17 May 2013, to shareholders who have elected to receive a physical copy.
