Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31 January 2013, and the notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), are being made available today on the Company's website.
