Notification on Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial and Supervisory Responsibilities

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation No 596/2014 on Market Abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19, 123/21, 45/24, and 77/25), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following notification:

On 12 December 2025, Zoran Gračner, Member of the Management Board – Worker Director of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, bought 200 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the ticker PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in the total amount of EUR 9,960.00 (at the price of EUR 49.8 per share).

On 15 December 2025, Lina Jerman, Member of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, bought 298 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the ticker PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in the total amount of EUR 14,959.60 (at the price of EUR 50.2 per share).
