Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MoU") was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG SDT") an Lockheed Martin Global, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as: "Lockheed Martin") in order to explore and prepare potential defence cooperation.

According to the MoU, the cooperation aims to assess the preparation for the integration of advanced long-range rocket artillery systems in Hungary, including the HIMARS, as well as to examine other opportunities for joint development, manufacturing and industrial cooperation.
