The Company was notified on 4 April 2013 that on the same day, Mr Antony Maris, a PDMR in the Company, bought 2,920 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.8386 per Share and 2,624 Shares at a purchase price of £3.80992 per Share. 

Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Maris holds 5,544 Shares, representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
