Statement regarding share price movement

The Board of Obtala notes the recent movement in the Company's share price. The Board is not aware of any reason that would lead to such a movement in the Company's share price. The Board and the Management of the Company continue to work in the best interest of the shareholders and remain confident that the business will continue to grow and develop in line with the Board's strategy. The Company remains debt-free and has sufficient cash to meet its growth plans.
