Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2012 earlier today, Argo Group Limited confirms that the final dividend of 2.1 US cents (1.3 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012 will be paid on 26 April 2013 to shareholders on the record on 2 April 2013.
