Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 11 March 2013, Mr Robert Cathery, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, became interested in a further 50,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares").

The Shares were purchased in the open market at an average price of £ 3.83672 per Share by The Cathery Family Trust, a connected person to Mr Cathery.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Cathery is interested in 450,000 Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
