Thorigné-Fouillard, France, 23 January 2017Kerlink (ALKLK - FR0013156007), a specialist and global leader in solutions dedicated to the Internet of Things (IoT), is today announcing the creation of its subsidiary for Americas, and the appointment of Yannick Delibie as Kerlink Inc. President and CEO.

Yannick Delibie, Kerlink CTIO and co-founder, will move shortly to Chicago and bring his experience to the existing technical pre-sales and sales US representation. This decision not only confirms Kerlink's clear and lasting investment on the American markets, but also illustrates the company willingness to make in-depth analysis of local requirements to tailor differentiating solutions, and rapidly boost already identified opportunities.

Kerlink Inc., registered in the State of Delaware - USA, has been incorporated on January, 05th 2017. Its offices, located in Chicago - IL, will primarily focus on the American and Canadian markets, and progressively support the development in Southern America.

This announcement extends Kerlink's direct presence in an additional major geography facing a booming development of IoT applications, following EMEA (offices in France) and APAC (offices in Singapore).
