Greencore Group plc ("Greencore") Appoints Non-Executive Director

The Board of Greencore, the leading international convenience food business, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. John Moloney as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr. Moloney, aged 58, is currently Group Managing Director of Glanbia plc, an international nutritional solutions and cheese group. He is also a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc.

Mr. Gary Kennedy, Chairman said "I would like to welcome John to the Board. Following on from the appointments of Heather Ann McSharry and John Warren, announced last month, John adds further deep sectoral and international experience to the Board, which will help support the Group's next phase of development."
