Full Year Trading Update

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, is pleased to announce its pre-close trading update for the year ended 31 January 2013.

The Company has continued to perform well in the months following its half year results, which were announced in October 2012. It is therefore expected that pre-tax profits for the year will be ahead of the top end of analyst forecasts.

Group sales are expected to be up 2.3% on the previous year at £75.7 million.

Brand revenue is expected to be up 2.5%, reflecting a solid performance overall and strong growth in certain international markets including the US, where brand sales were up 17.6% (16.7% at constant currency). Licence income, which reflects the brands' use in lifestyle products such as bedlinen, rugs, tableware, lighting and stationery, is expected to be up 17%.

The Company's manufacturing operations have also performed well, helped by growth in international markets.

Walker Greenbank intends to issue its preliminary results in the week commencing 15 April 2013.
