HOLDINGS IN COMPANY (FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT)

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, OMX: AFAGR) has received a flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Atkey Ltd ("Atkey"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Malta, regarding the shares of Afarak Group Oyj.

In accordance with the flagging notification, Atkey Ltd has completed a sale of shares in Afarak Group and the transaction has resulted in Atkey decreasing its shareholding in the Company to under 25 per cent and becoming a 23.62% per cent holder of the shares and voting rights in Afarak.
