International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ('INPP' or 'the Company'), announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 29 May 2019 at 10.00 am. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been dispatched to all shareholders.

A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
