Grant of Sharesave Plan Options
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") , announces that following valid elections from both of the Company's Executive Director, Justin Ash and Jitesh Sodha, to participate in the Company's all-employee Sharesave Plan, options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 2 May 2019 as follows:
