Retirement of Non-Executive Director

Wincanton announces that David Radcliffe, who serves on the Company's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees, will retire from the Board with effect from 31 December 2019.

Commenting on today's announcement, Dr Martin Read CBE, Chairman of the Board, said:

"When David leaves us at the end of this year, he will have completed seven years of loyal and dedicated service to the Company for which we are extremely grateful. We shall be recruiting a successor in due course and will update the market accordingly."
