Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on the decision of the Albanian, Montenegrin and North Macedonian competition authorities regarding the transaction aimed at acquiring direct sole control over Rába Nyrt.

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that in the competition supervision proceedings initiated before the Albanian Competition Authority, the Montenegrin Competition Protection Agency, and the North Macedonian Competition Authority for the purpose of approving the concentration based on the acquisition by 4iG's subsidiary, 4iG SDT EGY Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39., company registration number: 01-10-143379; "4iG SDT EGY") of direct sole control over Rába Járműipari Holding Nyrt. (registered office: 9027 Győr, Martin út 1., company registration number: 08-10-001532; "Rába") (the "Transaction"), the competition authorities – most recently in the decision of the Albanian Competition Authority issued on 15th December 2025 – have resolved to authorize the proposed concentration concerning the acquisition of control over Rába by 4iG SDT EGY.

The decisions of the competition authorities have become final upon notification. The Transaction may be closed in early 2026, following the fulfillment of further closing conditions.
