Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MoU") was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG SDT") and Northrop Grumman International Trading, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as: "NGIT") in order to explore and further specify the possible cooperation opportunities.

NGIT, being the international trading subsidiary of global aerospace and defence group, Northrop Grumman Corporation, is one of the world's top five defence manufacturer. The cooperation aims to explore opportunities for joint projects and industrial collaboration in the fields of counter-UAS solutions, advanced weapon systems and space solutions.
